Immediately when you identify your vehicle by adding your VIN, MySubaru will automatically begin recording information in your Service History. The information will include: Warranty claims, Subaru Added Security claims, Recall/Service Campaign work, maintenance and other work if your retailer participates in the Subaru Care Connect Program
NOTE: It generally takes up to 30 days for retailer repairs to appear on your site, but, depending on the communication link we have with your retailer, it may take longer. If you have not identified your vehicle's VIN, no service information will be added to the vehicle being managed automatically.
