MySubaru.com:
  1. Log into your MySubaru Account
  2. Select the VIN Number/Vehicle Nickname on the left drop down appellant
    1. If you have multiple vehicles on your account you will need to identify the STARLINK Equipped vehicle from the drop down menu
  3. Click the "Profile" on the upper right hand side
  4. Select "STARLINK" from the drop down menu
    1. Change PIN - will enable you to update if you have the current PIN
    2. Forgot PIN - will enable you to update the PIN if you've forgotten the PIN
      1. You must use your MySubaru password to update your PIN
  5. Select "Save"
MySubaru App:
  1. Log into your MySubaru App
  2. Select the Menu in the upper right corner
  3. Click on "My Profile"
  4. Click on "Change PIN"
  5. Enter the Original PIN, then enter the New PIN and confirm
  6. Click "Submit"
