Replacement or additional Roadside Assistance Membership cards can be requested through our Customer Advocacy Department if the owner is still within the basic warranty. If there are any updates needed to the owner's name due to misspellings or an address update is needed, the Customer Advocacy Department should be contacted as well: 1-800-782-2783. The Customer Advocacy Department will update their records and also process the request for a replacement identification card.
