Due to an Apple required update, iPhone users that have completed the MySubaru App update will need to login again. If you do not remember your password, click on the "Forgot Something?" link below the "Log In" button and select "Forgot my Password".
To save your credentials, simply type in your username and password and select the "Remember Username/Password" checkbox before logging in again. Once selected, this will save your login information for future use, making it faster and easier to access the app.
If you have previously enabled TouchID or FaceID in place of entering a PIN for Remote Services on the app, these features will have to be enabled again after the update has completed. You can enable these features by going to the PIN page and using the toggle below the numbers or by going to settings and selecting enable "TouchID for PIN".
